Looks great on paper, service and quality poor - 08/08/2010 19:48:05

Deborah Hogarth from UK In May we ordered 4 chairs and a table. 6 weeks later, table arrives chipped and scratched, Fermob say nothing to do with them as it had been upacked! We were there when the shop unpacked it and the marks were there then. Only 2 chairs arrived. Still waiting for remaining chairs - mid August. Every other week its supposedly on the order. If you are relying on delivery or quality then I would look elsewhere. The idea is great but manufacture, delivery and service are all dreadful.
